Icarus Brewing is located in Lakewood, NJ. The brewery was founded by Owner, and Brewmaster, Jason Goldstein in January 2017. From it’s start Icarus has focused on brewing a blend of unique and traditional recipes with the highest quality ingredients. Their Tasting Room regularly features 25+ offerings ranging from Traditional Lagers to Milkshake IPAs and Dessert Stouts! Icarus does not brew a core line up of beers, or even a flagship brew! Instead, they constantly rotate through a mix of brand new recipes and past favorites. With up to four fresh batches of cans releasing each week, there is always something new and interesting to enjoy from Icarus. You can find Icarus on tap and on shelves at over 350 locations across 16 counties in New Jersey! They will be moving to a brand new facility in Brick, NJ sometime in 2023 but in the meantime their Lakewood Tasting Room is currently open six days a week!
